Help! accounts immediately log off (2nd request)

Since I didn't get a response to my first request, I thought I'd give it
another try before reformatting and starting over.

I was cleaning up a truckload of spyware from my kids computer running WinXP
pro. I think I got it all cleaned up, but now when I log on, as
administrator or any other user, it immediately logs back off.

This also happens under safe mode and when I hold the shift key down when
logging on.

I'm running XP pro up to date with service pack and patches.

Any suggestions?

Boot to CD, start setup, and accept the Repair option offered AFTER the EULA
agreement.
