Hearts, Solitaire, Freecell card color

I thought that when playing these games the cards would
display in black only. Even the diamonds or hearts would
display in black. Am I wrong or can you change the color
the deck will display in? I know in Spider Solitaire when
selecting the easy level only one color of the deck will
display.
