Header not printing on a certain printer; ok on other one

The header is showing in the preview but will not print to our printer. This
is on one of our printers. It prints correctly on the other printer.
 
What are the two printers involved?
Same computer hooked up to both printers at the same time?
Any other problems printing to this printer outside of Word?
Version of Word?
