HDD installation problem -- please help

I'm having difficulty installing a hard drive in an Antec enclosure. the
drive cage has rubber grommets which it appears that regular hard drive
screws are not long enough. Antec included several types of screws and what
seems to be required is a provided flathead screw with half a smooth shank,
then equal length in threads. Could this be the needed part? The cage is
far from snug, yet I am leery of tightening it up so much. This is my first
assembly and the users manual seems quite sparse for me. There is no image
of how the drive should be mounted. Hard drive looks to mount halfway out
of the drive cage. I sure do not want to make mistakes. I appreciate any
assistance. Thank you.

<snip panic over screws>

Right or wrong, the large flathead screws appear to have worked. Apologies.
