Having trouble.

Having trouble submitting certain forms (such as
registering for accounts, etc). It's not the individual
websites, as this has happened on SEVERAL, including one
of Microsoft's own. It says to make sure that several
options are checked on the Advanced tab, and they are.
Still doesn't work. What can I do? Thanks.

I can tell you what's probably wrong, but I don't know how
to fix it. This is a symptom of the 0-bit Cipher Strength
problem I am having (See message posted 10:49 p.m. July
14).

Go to the Help menu and select "About Internet Explorer".
The cipher Strength should say 128-bit, but my guess is
yours says 0. If you are using something other than IE
6.0 on Windows XP, there is a fix listed at:
