I'm having big trouble giving someone remote assitance using MSN Messenger
when the other person has a firewall running.
How can I get around this?
I'm trying to use Kerio.

Thanks.

Hi,

They need to configure their firewall to forward any incoming request on
port 3389 to their machine, or if the firewall software is installed on their
computer they need to set it to allow port 3389 in.

Hope this helps

Does opening port 3389 make their PC more prone for unwanted access or
something?
