Having problem with IE.....

Sometime back I tried to remove msn toolbar not knowing what I was doing and
messed it up. I can't completely remove it and I don't know how to fix it.
When I double-click on IE a box comes up that says #msntb_toolbar_full_name#
is unable to load its config file. I had talked to a dell technician through
online chat, but he was unsuccessful in helping. I hope someone can help me
with this problem. Thanks in advance.

Open IE

In tools, options (you may have a different version), and find Add-Ons, and
disable the MSN toolbar from in there. That should get you by.
