Having problem with HOME PAGE

I'm still having problems with keeping my home page set. Everytime I reboot my PC, it goes to :about;blank. I went to the internet options and put NFL.com as my homepage but to no avail. It stays for like a little while, then when i check again its :about;blank .....anyone know what's up?
