have to restart computer everytime i access internet

For some reason i have had to restart the computer everytime i log off the
internet and attempt to log back on to the internet again. This has just
started in the last couple of days. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Have you tried "repair"?
Start > control panel > network and internet connections > network
connections > local area connection status > support tab (repair
button)
