Have to keep reintalling Flash player

Why whenever I go on a web site that uses macromedia's flash animation I am prompted to install flash player?? Shouldn't I only have to do this once?? Is this from cleaning up files on my HD?? or using a registry fixer?

Could be either or both. What files do you delete when you clean files?
I poorly written registry cleaner may also be clearing out the registry
keys that are used by flash player. Try not using the registry cleaner
for a time and see if you still are required to reinstall flash.
