have a problem with webcam in yahoo messenger!!!

Hi every body!
i'm very thankful to every comment, plz guide me
i have a problem in yahoo massenger when i connect my webcam the other
side see me not the same as i see myself, they see me almosy gray and somth
like some video effect like pencil art painting,even i changed the webcam,but
nothing changes, plz help me , i even can't imagine to re-install win, with
all update downloads and...... to solve the problem,, plzz

It sounds like the settings on your camera are wrong.
Adjust the settings, brightness, focus, etc.

oh thanks but i did all my bests, , nothing changes , maybe the new
version of yahoo is bugy ?!

try downloading the latest drivers for your cam
do you see it in colour in your preview ?
p.s. colour is spelt right i'm in U.K.

yes ofcourse i did , and i see my preview in colour but the other side see in
someth strange ,from another pc ,i test it, it was good but from my pc ,it
doesnt work in the last days,i have this webcam 2-3 years but this is the
first time that i have problem , thanks a lot "oneround"
