Hardware screen not loading

When I connect my camera to download pictures onto to the hardrive a screen
usually comes up to give me the option to select what action i wish to
perform. Somehow this nolonger automatically loads. How can I turn this
feature back on again.

wish to perform. Somehow this nolonger automatically loads. How can I
turn this feature back on again.

You do not need that wizard in order to download the files. Just drag
the files in Explorer from the virtual camera drive onto the hard disk
(use the right mouse button). Saves a lot of time.
