hardware problems

I just installed XP Pro from Win 98se. all devices worked
prior to upgrade. Now IOmega CD-rw drive give io error
(Error writing to disc- IO error (aa/00/00/00)- no
additional sense information) after performing 50% of a
500meg backup. 1 gig Jaz drive no longer shown on
explorer. device manager indicates driver not installed
for scsi adapter. jaz drive connected to Buslogic BT-946c
scsi adapter. Any suggestions?
