I recently connected my old scanner to my new computer
and upgraded the software for the agfa snapscan e50 to
2.0. This software was supposedly compatible with Windows
XP, however, when trying to preview a scan I get a
message that says, Hardware problem with your scanner,
see log file for more information. Has anyone had this
problem or know what to do. I have restarted the computer
and reinstalled the software.
