Hard Drive Partition

When I backed up my computer, a partition was formed and now my C drive is
full and I don't know how to reallocate the D drive or remove the partition
to free up more space for my C drive.

Hi,

You can delete the D drive with disk manager (start/run diskmgmt.msc),
however you cannot reallocate the space to C using the Windows drive tools.
To do so requires the use of third-party partitioning programs.

Keep in mind too that deleting D also means you are deleting your backups.
Perhaps it is time for an additional drive?
