Hard Drive crash

My hard drive recently crashed and I had a new one put in. I had XP Media
Center Edition 2005 which was already installed when I purchased the computer
and it didn't come with any discs. How do I get this program back without
spending $350 for a new one?

The computer manufacturer should has given to you the CD or DVD with the OS
ready to be installed to your computer. Sometimes you have to pay a small
fee to get the media.

Which model and brand is your machine?

Compaq - home-ac77f79c8f. 1024mb, 200GB. It did not come with any CD or DVD.

What Compaq model? Is it a laptop or a desktop? When was it new?

Normally you are advised to create a boot or restore disk. Did you
create such a disk?

solution avail to you.
