Getting the Following Error

Hanging application POWERPNT.EXE, version 11.0.6361.0, hang module hungapp,
version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.

Only dose this when trying to open perivios power point version file.

I have Tried Reinstall of the Software only works on Powerpoint 2000 need to
have this fixed so i can use powerpoint 2003

Help Please!!!!

Is that the actual error or an approximation of it? It's probably a good idea
to post the actual thing if possible.

this is the real error i got out of the event viewer. when ever i recive
this error total system hang.

Truly bizarre. Module hungapp ...

I'd guess that you have SP1, judging from the PPT version number in the error
message. There's now an SP2 available. I'd start by applying that. Choose Help,
Check For Updates and let it point the way.
