Half the pictures come up as x's(don't show)

With all firewalls, security, and content turned off,when
getting onto a webpage, half the buttons or pictures come
up as x's. I have to right click on each and click "show
picture" in order for it to come up.

Any suggestion???

i am having the same problem. Started about a week ago. I was on the phone
for about 7 hours with tech support from dell and my isp and got no help.
Hope someone can fix this
