Problem with pictures

A minor irk

But whith some websites, ones with a lot of small graphics for instance,
sometimes, a lot of the pictures come up as red x's. If I right click the
picture and do "show picture" it comes up.

Is this a problem of their webserver or perhaps IE's timeout for pictures is
too short?
