Hacker/Password

Some hacker managed to get into my computer and change the passwords on a
very important Word doc. I must get into it again. I've read the previous
'password' question and it appears that there' nothing i can do about it. I
don't believe that - there simply must be a way around it, even if i have to
enlist the help of a hacker to break into my system and change the passwords
again?

I'm afraid you answered your own question :(

Just keep in mind that the person you pay to correct the problem may very
well be the same one who caused it in the first place.
