Guestbook not working on upgraded site

I am using an angelfire site which has FrontPage enabled. I have created a
guestbook and it works from the angelfire address however, I upgraded to a
..com site and now the submit button returns and "error 403 forbidden" page.
Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong or how to fix this?!
