Grouping AutoShapes - Easy Way?

L

Leonard M. Wapner

Greetings:

I have a figure consisting of many AutoShapes and Text Boxes, which I wish
to group into a single AutoShape. I understand I can hold down the shift
key and then manually select each of the AutShapes I wish to add to the
grouping. But there are so many! Is there an easy way to simultaneously
select all AutoShapes in a figure which are to be grouped, or must I
manually click on each one while holding down the shift key?

Thanks -

Len

Click on the Select Objects tool (the white arrow next to the Draw menu on
the Drawing toolbar), and you will then be able to "marquee select," that
is, to drag a rectangle around all the objects to be grouped.
