Converting Single Space to Double Space

Greetings:

I have several Word doc's , approx 40 pages each. They are single spaced
and contain AutoShapes and other figures.

I must convert the doc's to single space and I can think of no easy way to
do this other than line by line. If I convert the doc all at once, the
AutoShapes and jpeg's are not positioned well.

Is there some easy way to convert, other than the tedious line by line?

Format > Paragraph > Spacing
