Line spacing

I can't find the menu to set line spacing in Word 2007. My documents are
double spaced and I have to resort to using a Word 2003 template to get
single spacing. I'm sure that the solution is simple but this is making me
doubt my sanity because every time that I think the problem is solved it
reverts to double spacing on the next doc. Please help!

In Word 2007 Go to Home > Paragraph > "The little arrow on the bottom right
hand side"

You can also use the Home Ribbon/Styles/ No Spacing.
