Group Holder at Top

On one of my custom views, I have a block in the heading that says

Drag a column header here to group by that column

I would like to be able to add this to other views, but I don't know how it showed up

Any Clues

That's the Group By Box. There is a Group By Box button on the Advanced
toolbar.
