Group Calendar

I have been asked to look into getting a software program that would allow me
to have a group calendar. For example, we have a team that wants to have
access to a calendar where they can enter milestones, meeying dates, congress
dates etc. Is it possible to set up such a thing in outlook or is there an
add-in that I could install that would let me use outlook for this purpose.
This would not be sharing team members calendars but just a calendar that all
could access and update.

Thanks very much for your help.

Dear Sue,

I looked on the this website but I'm not sure I see what I need. I am not
looking for a group calendar that shows what is in the calendar of each group
member. What I am looking for is to be able to have a calendar where I can
enter meetings, congresses, etc. and have all the members of the team view
this calendar. How would you create a calendar in the public folder?

Thanks again for your help.

Dee

Assuming you have Exchange as your mail server, choose File | New | Folder to create a new folder in the Public Folders\All Public Folders hierarchy to hold appointment/calendar items. Then go to that folder in Outlook and click the New button.

If you don't have Exchange, see http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm for other ways to share Outlook data.
