grayscale on icons and theme

Hi

I have some problem with my eyes so for avoiding too much tiredness I
want to change all icons and theme in grayscale (B/W)

Someone knows if is possible? (I like as when windows XP shutdonw)
I already use the "high contrast" theme but all the icons are still
colored and If I change one icon with "property" screen, windows
change only the selected icon and not all as I would like...

I think the best should be to have a shell32.dll with B/W icons,but I
have not found it
I tried to windows-blind program but it does not seems working as I
want

in few words, less colors I will have on screen and moer I prefer

thanks soo much for the help

seems you have a memory problem as well.................3 posts, all the same

Or… maybe the web interface kept timing out or giving an error, so they kept clicking submit, not realizing that the post was made
despite the error. Think before you complain.
