graphics help

Well when ever i go to play my game on my lap top i can play the game but the
graphics on he game interface is all messed up it will make te moves on my
game either black or discolored static looking now its nothing to do with the
game cause iv talked with the game people and been through there steps...is
there any wa to adjus my graphics or a way to fix this ?

Install latest chipset installation utility from the mfg
(intel,etc),install latest
graphics driver from mfg,get the latest Direct X download from microsoft.If
it still runs poorly,go to run,typeXDIAG Run the Direct X utility tests...
