graphic in a calendar appointment

Outlook 2003 (using Windows XP Pro) - I want to insert a graphic into an
appointment. I do not wish it to be an attachment, but to be part of the body
of the appointment message. I know this works in Office Outlook 2000. (I
suspect it may be a security hole that is now filled!) - Anyone help, please?

Insert | Object | Create from File works fine for me, but you need to use a .bmp file. Other types will insert as icons only.

Hi Sue,
Many thanks for this advice - It does accomplish the insertion of a picture,
but it basically becomes the background. I was hoping to: Have text in the
appointment with a map (graphic) inserted, so that I could print the appt
with all details and a map to get there. This may not be possible, but again,
many thanks for you help.
