on windows 2000 proffessional. i work for a cabinet
manufacturer and we just ordered a new laptop for one of
our salesmen. everyone else in the company uses an up to
date drawing software except him. he uses an out of date
product called planitel-autograph. the company that made
the software no longer sells or provides service for it.
anyway, the problem is that i can load an older version
of the software onto the system but when i load the
latest version (which is almost 5 years old) i get the
following error message:
Can't run 16-bit Windows program
Insufficient memory to run this application. Quit one or
more Windows applications and then try again.
FWIW, the software was previously installed on windows ME
and worked fine.
I'm not an IT guy, I've just inherited some of these
responsibilities out of necessity. any help would be
appreciated.
Thanks,
Matt
