got my send to desktop(create shortcut) back but

i got my send to desktop(create shortcut) back but when i
send an application to the desktop and click on it i get
this message. windows cannot access the specified
device,path, or file. you may not have the appropriate
permission to access the item. PLEASE HELP ME

You must have other issues going on. Make sure the target line in enclosed
in quotes. If that is not the case, see if this helps, if not, good luck!

To use the Regedits: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.
