Desktop shortcuts

After I installed SP2, the desktop shortcuts do not work
on my desktop screen, but they work on others. Error
message is "Windows cannot access the specified device,
path or file. You may not havethe appropriate permissions
to access the item".

Any suggestions?

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.

Thanks...I tried those fixes, but that didn't solve the
problem. I just noticed something strange. I have folders
on my desktop that contain shortcuts, and in the lower
right hand corner of the folder, it says "Restricted
Sites". There must be something with the new security
that is causing this.
