Gone From 98 to 2k, Now For the File System...

If I switch over to NTFS for the operating system drive, would I
still be able to replace a disk image (to that partition) that
was made during my FAT32 days?

How was the disk image made - Ghost or Drive Image?

If so, then I don't believe that you would have any problems but I'd contact
the drive imaging software vendor to make sure.
