Going KRAZY

I cannot open http://www.allstarstats.com on either of my
computers. I can open up every other website except for
this one. It's been like this for almost a week now.
The only way i can access this site is at work. My
brother lives beside me and has the same internet service
and can open the site fine, so i know it's my PC. I have
deleted cookies, files, and histories, and still
NOTHING. I just get an unable to open website message.
I've even searched for the company and found their link
and clicked on it, and nothing!!! What is up???

It may be a HOSTS file problem.
Look also for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS, reboot.
