ODBC Drivers error

I am using XP SP2, with most recent updates and IE 6.0.2900.2180. My IE is
able to open almost all websites except one. Anyone in the company (with
similar settings) can open that site; this implies that there is nothing
wrong with the site. But the site keeps giving me the following error:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e57'
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]String or binary data would
be truncated.
/genel.asp, line 52

I couldnot find anything related in the technet. What can be wrong with my
computer? Missing driver? If there is a missing/incorrect driver, how can I
identify it?

Thank you.

Its a server error. (it is not your computer's error)
The cause could be a bad cache or cookie.
Try to remove all cookies and temporary files.

In the beginning, I also thought that it's a server error. But both my
colleagues in the same domain , in the same intranet (with the same
configured computers) and the ones coming from internet can all reach the
page. I also cleaned everything in the temp and cache (both by IE's own
cleaning and Windows' Disk Cleanup); nothing has changed :(

Sandi,

You reply may not be entirely correct.

We've recently noticed a resugence of this problem with users logging
into our Internet web sites. I say resurgence because the problem
originally occured a few years ago after MS shipped early betas of .Net
and included Win CE MDAC drivers by mistake.

Without exception, every user experiencing this problem, has recently
installed .Net framework and drivers for a handheld device such as
blackberry.

So far, the only workarounbd is to have the user download and install
Mozilla, which appears unaffected by the problem. Although the ODBC
error relates to data truncation, this is evidently not the case based
upon our tests.

Regards,

Gary
