Error message on Explorer 6

Everytime I attempt to post new information on my site I get this error
message:

Error Type:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80004005)
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]SQL Server does not exist or
access denied.

Browser Type:

Does anyone know why I get this message? I am using Windows XP
professional. I would really appreciate a response,

Looks to me is a server side issue (or script having issues).
