Gmail, Outlook and TREO

This is very complicated... I have a gmail account - I have my Outlook 2003
and my TREO Centro "synced" with the account. When I delete or move messages
from my inbox in Outlook, my Treo nor Gmail accounts sync and as a result the
messages are left in the inboxes which leaves me to clean out 2 other inboxes
(gmail and treo) how can I synch all 3? with my past corporate email
account, i never had this issues, when i deleted or moved an item from the
inbox, my webmail and treo would sync. Is this an outlook issues?

i hope this makes sense.

thanks!

Are you connected to gmail using pop3 or imap? You need to use imap if you
want to sync changes back.
