outlook 2007 and Syncing w/ Palm

I installed Outlook 2007 along with the patch. I am trying to sync a Treo 650
for the first time into Outlook. It syncs fine into Palm but not into
Outlook. The syncing starts and then is aborted with nothing backed up. I am
trying to sync all of my info from my Treo 650 into Outlook and then sync it
into my new Treo 800w. The Palm Tech tells me it isn't a Palm problem it is
Outlook.
Any suggestions?

Techs rarely blame their app when they can place the blame on another.

Does the treo create sync logs so you can review the errors? Have you
checked on any forums where all the users use the treo? (such as
howardforums.com)
