Global Address list

I am not getting any changes to the global address list.
I am useing Exchange 2003 and outlook 2003 in cached
exchange mode. If I remove cached exchange mode the
address list shows all the changes but then when I turn
it back on they are gone. I have left it on for 3 days
and tried to download the address book. It says it is
complete, but it doesn't work. Any ideas?

48 hours apparently is the maximum amount of time that it can take the
Offline Address Book to download to the client but this is worse case
scenario, what happens if you do a manual download of the address book, to
do this go to Tools > Send/Receive > Download Address Book then restart
Outlook and the download should happen within 5 minutes. Check out
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;841273 for a nice
little KB on the subject.
