Global Address List

My Global Address Book does not get updated when a new
user is added to the domain in Outlook 2003 running in
Cached Exchange Mode on Exchange 2003. However if I
remove Cached Exchange Mode it gets updated. Does anyone
have a fix for this?

This is a known issue and more "by design" as the Exchange server only
performs an OAB regen once every 24 hours (at 4:00am) by default. Here is
