Updating GAL on outlook 2003 more frequently

Hi There,

I'm faced with the challenge of updating the Global Address List when a new
user is added to Exchange 2003. When using Outlook 2003 in cached mode the
GAL is only updated once a day, is there anyway to force it to happen more
frequently other than the manual way of downloading the address book via
send/receive.

Assuming that the site is rebuilding the offline address book a couple times
a day, I would say add downloading of the OAB to the send/receive group.
