Searching for names in both Contacts and GAL in Outlook

Is it possible for Outlook 2007 in an Exchange 2007 environment to
search for names in both the contacts list as well as the GAL when
addressing an email instead of just whichever one is listed first in
the seach order?

For example, if I have Outlook set to search my contacts first and I
type Chris it will only find anyone named Chris in my contact list and
not in the GAL. Is there a way for it to look at both?

It will search both folders only if it hasn't found a match in the first.
