GIF not moving/My Pictures has no Filmstrip

For some reason, just randomly it seems, the My Pictures folder got rid of
the Filmstrip option under View, but the subfolders still have it, and GIF
images aren't moving when I open them up. I've already tried renaming files,
deleting and saving them again, and putting them in different folders. Can
anyone help me get back the GIF images moving and help me get it so I can
view the My Pictures folder in Filmstrip mode instead of just Thumbnails,
Tiles, Icons, List, and Details?

Can't anyone help me? This has been going on for almost a week now and I
still don't know how to fix either problem.
