Filmstrip view in folders

If I go to My Pictures I can choose filmstrip view. If I go to a sub
folder of My Pictures I can select filmstrip, but if I go to the sub
folder of the sub folder I can choose thumbnails but not filmstrip. Is
there a way to get filmstrip on all levels of sub folders? Example:

My Pictures (Filmstrip available)
----Folder 4-10-06 (Filmstrip available)
----------Folder Converted (I don't have Filmstrip as a view option)

In Windows explorer right click the folder that filmstrip will not appear in
and select properties. On the customize tab under 'What kind of folder do
you want?' select 'Pictures' or 'Photo Album' then click OK.

Open the folder and Filmstrip should appear as aview option.
