.gif animation

I created a .gif animation file in FrontPage. I want to send an email blast
through Microsoft CRM. The animation works in CRM and when I send it to a
Yahoo email account. When I send it to an Outlook account, I have to click
to see the pictures, which do show up, but the animation does not. Is there
some way around this. Most of my clients use Outlook.

What version of Outlook? Outlook 2007 won't show GIF animations directly --
you'd have to open the message in your browser to see the animations, which
you can do by opening the message, clicking Other Actions, then View in
Browser.
