No Animation in Outlook 2007

I send all my emails in HTML format but cannot get the clipart or any
animated .gif to be animated. Even when I try using or not using Word 2007
as default reader/editor of emails. Doesn't matter how I do it my emails are
read/edited in Word 2007 and there is no animation. I'm sad without this
feature.

Is there a way to send animated clipart and .gif in Outlook 2007?

Sending messages with gif-animations is not a problem. However Outlook 2007
will not display the animation.
