Ghost receipients

We have one user, every time she sent emails to the users who left the
company and all user accounts be deleted, she always get undeliverable
message. We checked her outlook settings and could not find the answer.
Anybody experience this problem.?
Any help will be appreciated.
 
I am sorry - I cannot understand what the problem is.
1) a user sends mail to deleted accounts
2) the user gets undeliverable messages

Isn't that exactly what should happen?

Could be an orphan delegate assignment.
