Getting Outlook 2003 to send immediately

Is there a way to have Outlook send an email immediately even while the
program is closed? It works sends automatically while Outlook is
running but that doesn't really help.

OL will not send unless it is open

Sure:
Just minimize the program window.
Or, just keep the Outlook window open, and run another program on top
of it.
