Getting Forms to download to adobe reader

When I try to download a form using the internet browser i get a small icon
with colored square circle and triangle but no form is downloaded. It had
been working priously and the download went to the adobe reader. How can I
get it working againing
 
I got the solution to this problem from adobe. The two documents you need
are: 328233 and 331025
