I bought a new epson cx6400 printer, and when I try to install the
software, following the instructions like "do not plug into the usb
port yet", the scanner part will install, then when it goes to install
the printer, I get the "cannot find commdlg.dll" error message. I
click okay/close, the it tells me that it cannot find printer.exe in a
folder on the cd. Both of these files are in the proper locations. Any
suggestions?, short of taking the epson back for another brand?
